Hello my name is Lyn Major. I founded ECC in 1998. I hold a  Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.

My position holds many jobs but for me the greatest  is helping students find their inner strength and value  and watch them grow and succeed.

Hi my name is Lynette Dawkins and I have been working at ECC for 2 and a half years. After working many years in the United States with persons with disabilities it was a great joy and pleasure to return to Abaco, and join the team at Every Child Counts.

Hello, my name is Nathalie Ramotar and I have been teaching at Every Child Counts for 11 years.

My passion for supporting students with special needs has driven my career, and has made a significant impact in the lives of countless students.It is my hope to continue working in this field, but to shift focus to supporting  teachers through training and mentoring.

Hi! I’m Every Child Counts’ music teacher and our students refer to me as Mr. Jeman! 

My goal as a teacher is to provide our students the magic and joy of music. Our students are very talented, inspiring and very fun to work with, which in turn motivates me to figure out the best ways to make their talents shine.

Hi! My name is Peter Kwassy. Am joining ECC to teach Physical Education and Science. Its a big opportunity for me to help students here to release full potential in Physical activities and sports and to keep fitness part of their learning experience. Hi, my name is Timolin Bodie. I have just completed my first-year at Every Child Counts. So far it has been a rewarding experience. I enjoy teaching and helping my students develop new skills.

I utilize every opportunity to create real-life learning experiences for them. I am gratified when they collaborate, interact, and grasp new concepts. I make a conscious effort daily to learn something new about my students.

Hi my name is Ariel Mcdonald. I'm a teacher's assistant for Primary B. I've been working at ECC for 1 year.

My goal is to make sure that the kids can go into the world and work on their own. I love their different personalities. I learn from them as well as they learn from me. I'm looking forward to many more years with my ECC family!

Hello! My name is Sara Lewis. I have been at ECC for 3 years and I am a primary teacher. I teach all primary subjects like basic math, pre reading and life skills.

Hello! My name is Katrinka Quashie

I am excited to have been affiliated with ECC for almost 11 years.  My love for teaching and education grew from teaching children's Bible class and seeing how many kids 6, 7 and 8 years old couldn't read.  This prompted me to attend college and obtain a degree in education.

My name is Rhonda Ambrister. I am a  Secondary Teacher at Every Child Counts. I have taught at ECC for thirteen years and I have enjoyed teaching the  students, and communicating with the staff.

The biggest  achievement I made here at ECC  is seeing the progress of the students, which enlightens my heart.
